Conference Fees:

Meeting registrations are reopened.

The registration are reopened for few additional persons. Before to register or to do any payment, please write us.

The fee includes: conference attendance, book of abstracts, coffee breaks, lunches, and conference dinner during the poster session. Recommended hotels will be listed on a separate page.

Regular participant: 350 EUR

Student participant: 300 EUR

Workshop participant: free

Additional fee for registration after Septembert 10th: 50 EUR

In the late afternoon of October 4th (Thursday) it has been organized a cruise on the lake for the participants planning to stay overnight. The cost for the cruise is 20 EUR (booking in advance is recommended, since only 30 place are available) 

Pre-paid registration fees are refundable, minus bank transfer charges, if e-mail notification to the conference secretariat is sent before September 10th, 2007. Refund for cancellations received after this date is not possible.

People from outside Europe: Since a bank transfer from non-EU countries may be very expensive, we decided the following special registration procedure ONLY for the participants from that countries. 1) Fill the registration form; 2) Scan your airplane ticket; 3) Send us by email everything within September 10th; 4) Pay the registration fee at the congress reception without any surcharge. 

Since a huge number of abstracts have been received, persons planning to attend the conference without the submission of any contribution, are kindly requested to contact us before the registration to verify if places are still available.

Bank commissions, exchange charges, and fees are under the responsibility of the registrant.

After payment, please scan the receipt, fill the registration form, and send both by email to ecoer07@mater.unimib.it, quoting clearly your name. Students should also enclose a copy of their student status declaration or student card.

Soon after registration, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

On-site payment can be done by cash only, in Euro. ATM cash withdrawal can be done close to the conference building. People are kindly requested to advise by e-mail within September 20th, 2007 of their intent to registerand pay on-site since the maximum number of participats is strictly limeted to 100.
