The 13th International Workshop on Characterization and Modeling of Memory devices represents a unique opportunity for reviewing and discussing aspects of nanoscale memory devices and novel memory concepts, including the physical understanding, the new materials knowledge and new device architecture encouraging fruitful interactions among participants, technology leaders of industry and academia.
