The Head of the Occupational Health Service of the University of Milano-Bicocca provided the following basic protective measures against the new coronavirus.
“Anyone (administrative staff, technicians, professors) experiencing symptoms of coronavirus infection is requested to stay home and not to come to work, contacting his/her own general practitioner. Symptoms to look out for are fever (when temperature exceeds 37.5 C, 99.5 F), flu-like symptoms such as coughing episodes and sore throat, and breathing problems.”
